80 Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)
60 Power Snatches (115/80)
40 Burpee Bar Muscle-Ups
60 Power Snatches (115/80)
80 Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)
100 Calorie Row

*Only one athlete works at a time, while the other two rest. Reps must be evenly divided amongst all three team members.*
