*Athletes may drop the bar before the Squat Snatch to reset*

B. Complete in any order For Time

40 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
30 Power Snatches  (115/85)
20 Burpee Box Jump Overs  (30″/24″)
25 cal Row

C. Overhead Development
Accumulate 2:00 in the bottom of an Overhead Squat with a moderate weight
200m Bottoms-Up KB Overhead Walk with a moderate weight
