30 Hand Release Push-Ups
30 Dumbbell Snatches (50lb/35lb) or Kettlebell Snatches (24kg/16kg)
*Athletes may partition snatch reps as they want as long as they complete equal number on both sides. Dumbbell Snatches will go to the floor each time. Kettlebell Snatches will go from the hang each time.*
