Athlete A
18 Push-Ups
18 Sit-Ups
18 Jumping Lunges
9 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Cleans
9 Shoulder-to-Overhead

Athlete B
Holding Lunge Position

Athlete C
Holding Push-Up Plank

*Athlete A can only work while B and C are holding positions.
Weight will increase every 3 Rounds: 135/95 – 155/105 – 185/125 – 205/155*

Friends and Family will modify to:
10 Push-Ups
10 Sit-Ups
10 Air Squats or Alternating Lunges
10 Kettlebell Deadlifts
10 Russian Kettlebell Swings
10 American Kettlebell Swings
*Add two reps to all movements every third round*
