I started CrossFit in July of 2014. I needed a change from my same workout routine. CrossFit was a great change. I lost 40lbs in 3 months. I started seeing results after the second month. I was always sore during the first month. I enjoy the competition and the way others around you push me to be better. My favorite thing about CrossFit Madison is all the awesome athletes and the great coaches. My favorite movements are Chest to Bar Pull Ups and Power Cleans. My favorite WOD is Grace.
