Owner: Sarah Longshore

CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer, Fitness, Health, and Wellness Director Certification, Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education, and Master of Science in Health, Exercise Physiology

Sarah started her CrossFit career in 2011.  After her first CrossFit Games Open she competed in the South East Regionals team division in 2012. In 2015, 2016 and 2017, she qualified for the CrossFit Games Master Qualifier and finished in the Top 100. In 2017 she qualified for the Kill-Cliff Granite Games.  She loves CrossFit for the camaraderie and also being able to watch athletes reach their goals.

Coach: Brad Blackmon

Brad started CrossFit in 2012. Prior to beginning CrossFit he participated in other physical activities such as BodyPump, Spartan Races, and wrestling during high school years. Brad graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Business Administration. Brad’s favorite thing about CrossFit is the community and being able to get through the work out together. His favorite movements are handstand push ups, deadlifts, and rope climbs. When he is not working out, you can find him outdoors going on hikes or runs, participating in obstacle course races, or paddle boarding.   Brad qualified for the CrossFit Master’s Regionals in 2015.

Coach: Duane Evans

Duane started CrossFit in 2012 after he and his family moved to Madison, AL.  He fell in love with the community and intensity of the workouts.  After seeing the incredible impact it can have for all people from every walk of life and his desire to help others improve their health and fitness he decided to become a CrossFit coach himself.  “CrossFit is a life changing movement.  It is a fitness regimen that is designed for every person from young to seasoned to improve their quality of life through exercise.  We all push through the same workouts together with blood, sweat and sometimes tears and at the end we become the community that IS CrossFit”.

Coach: Jeremy Bailey

Jeremy started CrossFit in 2015, prior he served four years in the Marine Corps and earned degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology from University of North Alabama. Jeremy’s favorite WOD is anything with a heavy barbell, yet he enjoys the challenge that some bodyweight movements provide. His favorite movement is the back squat. He also loves the fact that CrossFit is constantly varied.  Jeremy leads our CrossFit Kid’s program.

Coach: Lorie Longshore

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Lorie began her CrossFit journey in 2015. She has a passion for coaching athletes at any level and any sport.  Being a competitive athlete she knows what it takes to be successful, in which is hard work, determination, dedication, and a good coaching/support staff.  Lorie played college basketball and softball, earning her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in IT Management.

Coach: Zee Jones

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Zee started CrossFit in 2015.  At first she used CrossFit to get her “cardio” in because she was not a fan of treadmills and ellipticals.  However as she continued, she began to  see results she had not seen in previous workouts regiments.  She then found her love for CrossFit and knew her calling was to become a Coach.  Zee’s passion is in helping people and if you know Zee, you know she is very good at it.  “God led me exactly where he wanted me to be at exactly the right time in life. My journey is just beginning.”

 

Coach: Brannon Flores

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

A lifelong athlete, Brannon has always been active and grew up playing baseball, basketball and football. He began his journey in CrossFit in 2014. Brannon is passionate about his faith, family, and fitness. He is married to Dana Flores and they have two children (Emery, 7, and Ethan, 4).  As a Licensed Pharmacist and Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist researcher, he has a solid understanding of the human body, nutrition, muscle growth, and recovery.  Brannon is a valuable asset to our team because of his passion for preventing illness and disease.
