mh1HARPERI started CrossFit in July of 2014. I became tired of doing the same old workout routine. I needed something that would challenge me and push me further than what I would on my own. I have lost 30lbs, 3in in my waist, and I have also gained 5lbs of muscle. I love the fact that CrossFit in general, pushed me beyond what I knew what I was capable of. It makes me feel like an athlete again. Of course, I love the Olympic lifting! I can do without thrusters though! Ha! CrossFit Madison is amazing. I love that we are like a family. We are competitive but we all want to see each other succeed. It’s so awesome seeing everyone get so excited when someone PRs. CFM is a great place to be!
